Nexcare ColdHot Therapy Pack Traditional is reusable gel filled warm bottles with a velvety, soft touch fabric finish for immediate and comfortable usage. Intended to provide a safe, drug free and easily accessible source of soothing heat for home and leisure use. Due to reduce muscle spasm and to decrease pain, soothes and relaxes. Use as a body or bed warmer. For backache, stomach ache (due to muscle tension only) and period pain.

Directions For Use:
Microwave oven:
1. Lay pack flat in microwave set to 640W and heat 3 x for 1 min.
2. Remove pack carefully from microwave and briefly knead the pack after each interval to distribute heat evenly.
3. Apply directly to body – no additional cover needed
Warnings:
– Never heat the packs when folded or creased. Leakage may result.
– Be careful when removing hot pack with bare hands from microwave
– If pack is too hot, wait for it to cool down before applying to body
– Packs will be damaged if overheated.
– Do not heat in an oven or grill.
– For unknown microwave oven power, please use the lowest power setting (defrost setting) and
warm up the product in 30 seconds steps.
